When taking out a membership for the regular class schedule, the following terms apply:
1. course fee
Registration is in writing. The course participation takes place continuously in the form of a membership. The course fee depends on the economic self-assessment of the participant and his appreciation of my work. However, it amounts to at least 65.00 € for 1 course in the studio per week. With this, a place in a course is kept free for the participant.
This contribution can, in case of multiple visits, be increased by the participant independently at any time.
The course fee is to be paid at the beginning of a month, but no later than the 5th of the month, to the following account:

2. notice of termination
The cancellation period of the membership is 14 days to the end of the month. The cancellation must be made in writing or by email.
3. missed lessons on the part of the participant
If a lesson cannot be attended, I ask for cancellation via the booking system (alternatively via me). In this way, free places can be passed on to other participants.
It is the participant's responsibility to make up for the missed lessons in other courses.
4. there will be no classes on the following days:
- on public holidays
- on the following carnival days: Weiberfastnacht. the Friday after, Shrove Monday
- between Christmas and New Year (23.12.-02.01.)
- during the company vacations: two times two weeks a year (two weeks in spring, two weeks in autumn)
5. cancellation of a course due to illness on the part of the instructor.
In case of cancellation of the course on my part (e.g. due to illness etc.), a substitute will be provided. Should this not be possible in exceptional cases, the course will be cancelled. The participant can compensate this loss by attending other courses.
6. transferability of the membership
Membership is not transferable. Thus, the courses cannot be attended by anyone other than the participant named in the contract.
Cancellation of a course date by the participant:
In case of illness or for other reasons, a cancellation or a rebooking to a new date is possible on the part of the participant up to 4 hours before the start of the booked course. After that, the course is considered to have been taken and no rebooking or refund can be made.
Cancellation of the course by the organizer:
In case of a cancellation caused by the organizer (due to illness or similar), the corresponding date will be cancelled. In this case, the participant can switch to another date. The validity of the multiple ticket is automatically extended by the time of the cancellation.
Minimum number of participants:
A Yoga and Pilates course takes place with a minimum of 2 participants. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the course will not take place and no costs will be incurred. The participant can choose another course. The validity of the multiple ticket will be automatically extended for the time of the cancellation.
Liability notice:
Participation in the course is at your own risk. If you are under medical treatment, please consult your doctor before the course. This Aerial Yoga introductory workshop is not suitable for pregnant women.
Validity of multiple cards:
Each 5-ticket includes a validity of 8 weeks from the date of purchase.
Each 10-ticket is valid for 14 weeks from the date of purchase.
(In case of absence due to illness of the teacher or in the course of company vacations or public vacations, the validity of the card is extended by the corresponding days/weeks).
When booking workshops and specials (Aerial Yoga Introductory Workshop, Yoga and Sound, etc.), as well as when booking a group of at least 4 participants, the following conditions apply:

Completed registration qualifies you to participate in the course selected above or places you on the waiting list for it.
Cancellation for a workshop/special:
Free cancellation or rebooking is possible until 7 days before the workshop. After that, up to 1 day before the start of the course, I will retain 50% of the course fee due. If you cancel at even shorter notice on the same day, the full course fee will be due. However, if you cancel at short notice, you are welcome to transfer your participation to another person. If there is a waiting list, I can make every effort to transfer your vacated seat to someone else. Thank you for your understanding!
For group bookings:
For group bookings of 4 or more people, a rebooking is possible without any problems until 1 week before. After that, the above-mentioned regulation also applies to cancellations: 50% of the total group amount is due as compensation up to 1 day before the start of the course, and the full amount is due for cancellations within 7 days of the course. Thank you for your understanding!
Cancellation of the course by the organizer:
In case of a cancellation caused by the organizer (due to illness or similar) the course is cancelled. In this case, the participant will receive a full refund of the course fee if the amount has already been paid, or he/she can register for another workshop/special where there is still capacity. In the case of a group booking, a new date can be arranged. In this case the same conditions of participation apply. A workshop/special will take place with a minimum of 3 participants. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the course will not take place and no costs will be incurred. If the course fee has already been transferred by then, the amount will be refunded in full or credited for another course of the same value.

When booking individual lessons/sound massages:
Cancellation clause: Up to 24 hours before the start of the booked appointment can be canceled free of charge or the appointment rescheduled. Otherwise the appointment is considered to have been taken. Also in case of "no-show" at an agreed appointment, I am forced to charge the full amount. The cancellation can be made by phone or email. In the case of vouchers, the appointment will be forfeited if no cancellation is made up to 24 hours before the agreed appointment.
The Aerial Yoga advanced training includes a training content of 20 hours (2 days á 7 hours and 1 day á 6 hours). Upon successful completion of the practical examination, the student can receive the certificate "Aerial Yoga Teacher" or "Aerial Yoga Trainer". The handing out of the certificate depends on the success of the exam and is at the discretion of the examiner (Janina Bobrowski).
The spoken language is German!
Basic Qualification:
This advanced training is aimed at participants who already have a corresponding basic knowledge (yoga or sports teachers, physiotherapists ect.) or have already been working long and intensively in a similar field (yoga, Pilates, dance, aerial acrobatics etc.).

Cancellation policy:
You can cancel your participation free of charge up to 4 weeks before the course. If a payment has already been received by then, I will refund it to you in full. After that a refund is excluded.
Should a cancellation still have to be made, the organizer will try to give the place to someone from the waiting list; as far as participants are pre-registered for the waiting list.Alternatively, a person can be provided by the participant to take the booked place.
In order to be fully insured against cancellation at short notice, the participant must therefore take out cancellation insurance independently and at his/her own expense. The organizer cannot cover the costs.
